Our Commitment to Safety
Every care taker listed on Sathkara goes through a multi-step verification process:
- National Identity Card (NIC) verification
- Police Clearance Report review
- Grama Niladhari Certificate verification
- Professional certificate verification (for nursing care)
- Reference and background checks
- In-person or video interview
Care takers only display a “Verified” badge once all checks are complete. Documents are never shared publicly — only our internal verification team reviews them.
